Storage prices are very reasonable, particularly if you compare our prices against the numerous Self-Storage operations. We quote our prices on the volume of furniture stored. You will find that the self storage companies will quote on a particular space size but this is rather deceptive as often your goods will not fit into that particular space and you will be forced into a bigger more expensive space.
We base our storage charges on the rate of $3 per cubic meter per week. We do have a minimum charge of $35 per week
For example, a typical 2 bedroom unit will be about 18 cubic meters so the corresponding storage rate will be $54 per week

Man And His Van Storage take all the necessary care to ensure that your goods are stored safely. However, there are many circumstances in which a storage company is not liable for any loss or damage to your goods. For these unforeseen circumstances we can arrange insurance on your behalf. This insurance will cover you for fire flood and forced entry burglary.
The Financial Services Reform Act has imposed strict guidelines on who can legally provide insurance to their customers. Man And His Van is an authorized representative of Aldridge and Street which holds Australian Financial licence No 245658.

Insurance premiums vary depending on the level of cover required but typically the rates of $4.4 per week for the first $5,000 worth of cover then $2.2 per week for each additional $5,000 worth of cover apply. Man and His Van Box Shop stocks a good range of cartons, paper, tape, bubble wrap and plastic covers.
The selection of boxes include tea-chests, book boxes, crystal cartons, picture boxes and port-a-robes. We stock all the materials required for your local or international removal.
